Thursday Hills / Intervals 

Join in on our Thursday Night Runs.

18:45 Every Thursday we run either a Hill or an Interval Session 

We alternate these sessions - one week we will tackle hills and the next do some 'speed' intervals.  - All with the aim of getting the fitness levels up !

We don't always meet at Victoria Park for these Sessions, so check the Facebook group for up to date details.  

Again this is a Muster run, so those that speed off into the distance turn round and 'Muster' back to the rest of us plodders,  so we all stick together.

During the Winter Months Thursdays are our 'Dark Run' nights - Bring your Head torch!
