Couch to 5k 

We regularly schedule beginners 'Couch to 5k' running sessions with the aim of getting people new to running off their couches, gently introducing them to running,  over 9 weeks bring them to being able to complete a 5 kilometre ( 3.1 mile ) run.....

.... and in the process make some new friends, get fit, feel happier, loose a bit of weight, have fun......
